Hi all, 

I had virgin set up for my older father. But he can't seem to find where they have put his phone socket to connect his landline to? They didn't show him when they set this up for him either! 

I know with my one, it is behind the TV, but I'm not sure if that's the same for everyone? I've asked him to check, but he's saying there are a few boxes behind the tv! 😄 Any help / advice please?

If this is a new installation, the connection may well be via the VM router and the 'TEL1' socket on the back of it. If so, the technician should have left a small adapter to go into the back of the router which then provides the standard BT socket to plug a normal phone into.
