Caller ID and Memory save have stopped ever since we had issues locally. Trying to call 150 is just a nightmare. Any other ideas?

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the caller ID and Memory on your handset.
We do still appear to be suffering with an outage that is running until 3pm today.
Please come back to us after 3pm to update us on the phone features that are currently faulty.

I've emailed a colleague to get this checked- if you can please let me know if there is no change by this time tomorrow.
Hi. We lost VM locally last week. Then our phone didn't ring. That was fixed. Now caller ID has stopped at the same time as ringing fixed. Will be happy to get everything back.
Any update on when this will be fixed?
