Same issue!! had it a while now and have trawled through these forums to find a self fix (as anyone who has dealt with customer service will feel the need to resort too)! Hard to imagine a less helpful system for helping you with an issue! Have done the obligatory phone call this morning. You may wait more than an hour blah blah blah, give us a number we can text to take you to our special help centre blah blah blah, we have tested your system and all seems ok.Please call 150 for assistance! hilarious! Reset phone, tested next door, not an issue with my equipment. Reading through it seems there is more chance of success on here than anywhere else.
