My Phone line has been down for 2 days.

I can't get through to Virgin at all. I understand that Covid has severely affected Virgin, but I would like an email address or some way of logging our fault. It might be a simple fix for them?? We need a phone line, especially at the moment, and if at all possible I'd like to be able to tell Virgin that this isn't working. No dial tone.
