My Landline number hasn't been transferred

Good morning,

Over a month ago I requested that a previous number was transferred to my new account. I was told this would be complete by 20th November, I've tried to contact you a number of times but been unsuccessful (4 hours waiting). I would like to have my number changed to what was requested, Thank you.

The previous number is with Virgin on my old account and not active. It rings dead if you call it.
