Hello

I have 3 phones hard wired to an adapter.  Can I just plug the hardwired adapter into the hub adapter?

I'm sorry but your message is a little unclear here, perhaps if you could take a photo of your current layout, we'd be able to advise if connecting your adapter into our 21CV adapter would work here?

Hi @chudford, thanks a lot for your reply and photo as requested.

So the adapter of yours, will definitely fit inside the 21CV adapter that goes inside your Hub, as it's the exact same fitting. 

In terms of it it will work for all your other handsets, this is hard to say as generally customers don't use this equipment through the Hub but being completely honest, there's no reason why not!
I would say please do try this and if it doesn't work once the switchover has occurred, please let us know.
