Our telephone line is very, very noisy to the point where it's unusable. An engineer came around to address another issue and when I mentioned the phone issue, suggested that we might need to take our driveway up in order to try and resolve the issue. However, he also said that a potential alternative was to move the phone line so that it uses the Hub instead of the traditional analogue system. We couldn't take it much further because we were in the middle of lockdown but he suggested it might be worth looking at afterwards.
Is this something that is possible? To be honest we don't use the landline very often so it's not a huge headache but it would nice to get it sorted - without lifting the driveway!
Is it possible to reschedule the call until next week, please (Mon, Wed or Thu preferably!)? I tried to do so via the app but it won't allow me to do so. Trying to call in but the hold times are very, very long!
