Katie, in response to your email here. If you check under no dialling tones you can read engineer visited and I am now on Day 6 of having no landline. Awful trouble trying to get through to anyone from Virgin support. Just continually left in automated waiting system using up all the credit on my mobile and after over an hour of repetitive tests I am told it could take another 4-5 days. Doesn't help me at all. Read other emails Ieft. NEVER seen such a bad service and I'm an original NTL customer and never experienced anything like this with them. Very frustrating.
