In February 2020 I agreed a new customer contract with my local Virgin Media store.
The contract offered and agreed was:-
TV; Broadband and landline,specifically landline was for 24/7 calls.
I was also offered SKY Movies or Sports
Free Install & V6 box
All for £xx/month
I was not given a formal contract to sign, just a piece of Virgin Media handy note (copy available).
I quickly discovered that I had not been given 24/7 free calls and later found that I have been invoiced for installation and I do not have any SKY package.
Despite numerous attempts to get this addressed and corrected I have been unable to get any helpful response or correction from Virgin Media despite attempted phone calls to 150, web chats and text chats.
