Anyone else having issues with their landline? Mine is connected via hub. Whilst I can dial out and people can dial in, the microphone isn't working so no one can hear. I have tried 3 different phones now and it's the same problem. We need this working for hospital calls. Absolutely terrible.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out on our help forums and sorry to see you're having issues with your landline services currently.
We'd love to see how to best help with this, could you please advise if you've tried rebooting your hub in this case and see if it helps with the problem on the line clearing out?
Also, could you kindly confirm if the sound issue is present on both incoming and outgoing calls and is it at both ends (caller and receiver, no sound)?
As said you can't be heard, however can you hear the other person calling the line?
Lastly, does that happen on every single call you've had or do you also get to speak over the landline without issues in some instances?
