Since cancelling out tv package a few weeks ago unable to use landline due to loud crackling noice! Please help as I can’t phone customer support

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your landline, I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Are you able to try connecting a different handset to your landline connection so we can rule out that this may be a handet issue?

Hi there Serena I have tried two different handsets and the noise is the same on both. Thanks
