Switched to Virgin in June. I wanted to keep my old phone number but this hasn't happened. How do I get it back?

Sorry to hear about what has happened here. When you moved over to us - did you provide the number you wanted to keep to the team over here? What we also need to confirm as well - is the number still active with your previous supplier? As in are the services still active or are they fully cancelled now?
