Lost caller display on my landline phone

Earlier this week my caller display stopped working on my landline phone so I cannot see who is calling me or if I have missed any calls.

I phoned Virgin yesterday (16.12.22) & an advisor told me he had reinstated it & to check in 24 hours. It is still not working.

I would be grateful of any advice or help with this problem.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with caller display, just to clarify when calls are coming through is anything being advised via the handset?

Thanks for your quick reply.

When the phone rings, all I can see on the display is 'CALL'. Everything else on the phone is working as usual.
