What do we do - we have no telephone service. I have texted Virgin Media support but no response.
4 days ago. Also reported extreme pixelation 6 weeks ago and have heard nothing about that either.

What issues are you having with your landline
Do you have dial tone?
Can you make and receive calls?
Is anybody able to call you?
Regarding the pixelation, please can you check that all of your cables are tightly secured in the back of your box and splitter.
Is this issue happening on more than one channel, any specific group of channels such as BBC or Sky channels? Does it happen on live tv, recordings and on demand programmes.
