Well once again no landline service for BB10 4BL always area fault last fault 7 days ago this is wholly unacceptable . Landline goes down at least every 4 to 6 weeks this time as stated 7 days . Why can’t virgin fix the area fault once and for all . I certainly will be changing my supplier if this continues . Not one Lenny compensation for all the loss of service despite virgin being well aware of the issues
