Since upgrading our package beginning of the month, our home phones now only display "incoming call" we've rang 150 numerous times to no avail we've even bought new phones as the last operator told us to ! She claimed it was people hiding their numbers but I explained my contacts family members etc are also not showing up we are also getting the intermittent dial tone which would only come on if we had a message yet there is no message when we do 1571. I'm at my wits end.
