Loss of 1471 service

My 1471 service has gone following repair to external fault some months ago. Please can you fix this?

I am so very sorry that you're having some issues with your call features since you had a fault with the services a while ago. I have managed to locate your account for you and can see that the features were not added back after the repair - I am sorry. 

 

I have now arranged this for you now and they should be working again within the next 24 hours if not sooner.
