Just to confirm here - so I get it right. Is your post in relation to a neighbour who has lost their 1471 service and not yourself?

We would need to be able to clear security to be able to access any account. I appreciate that you're seeking help for your friend with this.
It might be a daft question - but I will ask it anyway, is your friend able to create an account on our forums or do they have one already so that we're able to speak with them about this? I assume from your post also that you've tried to call with your friend to get this resolved?
