After a recent repair to phone line I have lost 1471 and caller display on my telephone.
I called 150 and spoke to a chap who said that 1471 was nothing to do with the provider but the government. I notice that there are many reports of the same thing happening after a line repair.
Is this something that Virgin Media should be able to fix? Or should I get a new hand set as suggested by the chap on the helpdesk?
