Long time customer

Hi

Ive been trying to call through to speak to someone in the virgin time for a couple months now to discuss my situation. unfortunately, everytime i call 150 from my home phone i get cut right off. Im really unsure what to do as im in a bit of a financial situation at the minute due to this pandemic.

Can anybody help?
