I have a Virgin Media package that includes landline call minutes that I never use. My mum lives with us and has a separate landline with Shell Energy (it was originally BT). The costs for her landline package are very high and we're looking to cancel it so she can use our minutes, but all of her contacts use her landline number and nobody uses ours. Would I be able to port the number from Shell Energy to VM so that her contacts will still be able to contact her easily?

If you did wish to port your mums number to your Virgin package then this will be possible. You will need to tell Shell that you wish to have the number released then contact our team to have the number added over your existing number.
