My Virgin media account was cancelled recently but I need to see what I was billed for. However, I cannot access my bills because the account has been cancelled. How can I access a cancelled account?

I can't get onto my account so I can't see the previous bill. We now longer have an account because Virgin have now said they are unable to provide broadband to our new property. They agree that we are due compensation because of the delay in sorting this out - but say that we can't have this compensation because we no longer have an account with them. This seems very unjust - can nothing be done about this situation?

You should be able to get the compensation, if you're a Virgin Media customer or former customer.
