Local outage supposed to have been fixed but still no landline phone
Had problems with our broadband/TV/Phone since this morning. According to the service status the broadband and phone have been fixed. Our broadband is now working but we still have no dial tone on the phone. I've just spent 15 mins going round and round on Virgin's help pages trying to work out what I need to do to resolve the problem - keep ending back at the service status page. Any suggestions for how to get the phone fixed? Thanks.
