Is there a direct link to report issues? Status Checker always says things are fine when there is an issue, and the ability to run actual tests seems to have been removed from both the app and website. Have tried all checks and have confirmed the issue with other customers in the street, yet the Status Checker still says there is no problem. It's very frustrating. And no - I can't call 150 because it's the landlines that are down.

Hi tornado5528,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, I am sorry to see you are facing issues however nothing is showing on our Service Status.
I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues at all, what issues are you facing?
Regards
Paul.

Landlines were down for us and neighbours on VM - they have since come back up; however, the question still stands - is there a link to report issues or run tests that will pick up problems that aren't detected by the Service Status tool, please?

Hi tornado5528,
This is usually done Via your Online Account, or by calling team us on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone or mobile, or on 0345 454 1111* from any phone.
Regards
Paul.

Thanks for the reply, Paul. None of the options in the online account appear to give the option to directly run the tests, like they used to - it now appears to just be a series of lists and FAQs; is there a URL that links directly to the tests that I could try, please?
I couldn't phone 150 as it was the landlines that were down, and the last time I called via my mobile it took over half an hour on hold before being able to speak with someone, which isn't really ideal.
