Thanks for the heads up, finally got an answer on the phone, was held in a queue on the cancellations line, spoke with a very nice bloke in a UK call centre, he explained that they no longer offer the line saver as you both have advised, but offered me a good deal which I gratefully accepted.
Now all we need to sort is the TV picture which keeps blacking out complete with no audio for a second or two every now and then. It's a pain in the rear! It's not my TV as it doesn't happen when watching on Freeview! But that's another days work!
