Line in use

We swapped all our virgin box etc over to a new unit and since then our phone line saying ‘line in use’ what have we done wrong?

Sorry to hear that your having problems with your telephone service. 

Have you moved to a completely different address? The move and transfer of the phone line might not have gone through correctly.

 

Please could you provide some more details with a reply to the private message that I will send over shortly.
