Line distorted

We have changed our phones and tried a non digital handset but we continue to have distortion on the line at our end. Callers at the other end say that we sound clear. There is no internet wiring in our phone socket (we use cable broadband) and it is not an extension.

Thanks John, all sorted. 

An Engineer visited today and connected the phone via our router which should resolve our issues.

Really happy with the service we have received from yourselves and the Engineer. Less than 24 hours between reporting the fault here and having it resolved 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
