Line cord error

Hi

i have recently transfered from a sky line to a Virgin line, my landline shows line cord error, I have tried a different handset and it still displays the same issue

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the landline issue. I have checked our systems and can see the phone number has been moved over. Can you unplug the phone line for me, wait two minutes and then replug it in to see if it fixes?

I have checked the number has been released and the line has been checked is this still not working?
