i managed to get an engineer booked for Friday 10 October
this I am told was the first available but I explained to the customer service guy that that leaves me in a real mess, my wife is disabled and has recently had hospital visits and is waiting for important calls from the hospital so we need the phone urgently,
no phone till Friday will mean we miss calls from the hospital that we have been waiting for for months
anything you can do to get a Monday or Tuesday engineering appointment would be amazing
I can certainly appreciate, and we certainly are aiming to get an earlier slot. So I will be checking through out the day. However as Tom stated and when I checked this morning. There were not slots available, we do aim to book them as quickly as possible. I will be checking throughout the day, but it is not likely to be today or Tuesday as you are requesting.
