We were told the switchover was today and have plugged our BT6400 into Hub1 of our router and have rebooted twice , we are are still getting line cord error though everything is plugged in.
Hi Mark, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the landline service. Can you plug the phone into the wall socket to see if you are able to get a connection? Please let me know how it goes? ^CW
It can take the full day for the switch over to go across, are you able to let us know if you are still unable to use the new line tomorrow and we can take another look?
