Line busy

Can anyone help

I can dial out no problem but when i use mobile to call landline it will ring and i can pick up but when reolave handset and call again it says  line busy and ebgaged tone even  when it isnt. Handset is replaced. Only use the 1 socket. It takes about 6 mins before it disconnects from original call before i can call off my mobile snd get through to my landline.

Help. As im WFH and not all calls are connecting. Ive requested all vm calll waitung and all thise kind of things have been removed off my tel line and been told they have been. 

 

Help!
