Stumbled across my home phone not working. No dial tone, cannot ring out or receive calls. Says line busy.
Have tested all usual on/off, cables, virgin media service status and done the online test numerous times which says no fault.
Cannot solve the issue, can someone please reply ASAP.
In area 12, feel free to check my account/line at your end virgin media.
