Hi. I have seen other threads relating to this with different results, but my land line says Line Chord Error on it.
I have unplugged it all, but it is still showing it. Is there anything I can do or is an engineer required if it is an issue with wiring or the outside box?

Can I ask if you've recently been installed?
Is the landline connected via the hub or a socket to the wall?
Let us know and we can run some further checks and see if an engineer is needed.
Thanks for the response. We’ve had it installed for nearly 2 years now and it is plugged into a socket in the wall.

An engineer has been booked for you now, all details can be found via your online account so if the time doesn't suit you can re arrange from there.
You'll also need to make sure somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time.
