Lindline telephone

Not sure if it's been answered elsewhere...

Had the new hub fitted last month,  

Landline phone was definitely working on the 4th/5th May!, been away from home until today (15th May)... so absolutely nothing has been touched,  back to No dial tone, No ring if I try to ring myself on the mobile, No response if I try to make an outgoing call (ie. 1471)!

Do I need to now connect the phone to the new modem?, and if so, do I need an adapter of some sort ( I believe something was mentioned at the time)... If so, Not received anything in the post, or an email 🤔

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your landline service, we will be able to help. 

It sounds like your service may have switched over to the Hub so an adapter would be needed. We can get this ordered for you but we will just need to confirm a few details.
