I cancelled my contract with virgin media a couple months ago due to the total incompetence and lack of respect for me. You begged me to change my mind with an offer of keeping my existing contract I had for a reduced amount of £29 for 18 months. I stupidly agreed and cancelled my BT installation. You have now sent me the first bill and charged me £51.51. When I have cAlled up to speak about this, I have had no help and I have been promised that someone would call me back. This NEVER happens. I still have not had a reply to the official complaint I made 2 months ago. I am still not happy with the way the cabelling has been left outside my house. I need this resolved. I can’t keep hitting my head against the wall and getting nowhere.
