Hi How do you report to VM a fault with your landline when you cant phone them?
My phone isnt working this morning ( its the old school type that plugs into the wall not a thing that goes into the hub)
My neighbor just knocked on the door and his isnt working, and we just spoke to the other neighbor and hers isnt working either!

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear yours and your Neighbours phone lines are done, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and can see there is an area outage which is effecting the phone service, there aren't currently any updates, you can keep an eye on our Service Status or you can also register for updates Via your Online Account.

Can I confirm do you have a dial tone at all?
Is the phone connected at the main or an extension socket? How many other pieces of equipment are connected here?
Have you been able to try an alternative handset at all?

Yes no dial tone, the phone is plugged in the wall not the hub, no extension and yeah have tried a different phone and only 2 phones plugged in. And my neighbour has the same issue.
