Hoping someone can help, I think my mum's Landline may have been switched over without her being informed of it as she has had no correspondence regarding this, she can no longer make outgoing calls and when I have tried to call her today the number isn't recognised. When she has tried to make a call it has just connected to Virgin Media. She has also tried writing to you and had no response, please help as we seem to be just going round in circles, as a recovering cancer patient the Landline is vital to her if the hospital need to get in touch
