My Landline phone has gone dead - out and incoming calls Search at Virgin indicates no issues in  my area

Help!

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your landline service. 

I have taken a look on our side and I am unable to see anything reported in the area. 

So what I will do is private message you so we can investigate this further.

Martin  I dont appear to have received any further message from you. Where do I look for this private message?

There is a purple envelope in the top right hand corner. If you click on that it should show you the message.

The only box I can see is a red one and that doesni show any messages

There is a red envelope only but that does not show any messages .Can you not send me an emai;?
