I have been sent an adaptor for the switchover but haven't been given a date for this yet. My landline has been down for the past couple of days. It is connected to a careline so I need this. Has the switchover for me already occurred? I will need to buy a new phone to connect via the Hub so i would like to know before I go out and purchase one. Can someone from Virgin Media please check fault with our landline. No dial tone or advise if the switch has occurred?
