How do I get adaptor. I have had letters and emails but no adaptor. Have tried phoning, messaging and writing without success

Thanks for coming back to us on this. 

The adaptor is sent via Royal Mail and usually takes between 5 - 7 workings days. 

Keep us posted on how things go.

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received an adaptor. We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

Hi Kath

as mentioned I am very grateful for your assistance. I could not get through to Virgin conventionally and because of this I am now without my landline, so I hope the adaptor arrived soon

pleased to report adaptor has arrived and been fitted. Although I had to reposition phone everything works well.
