Help, my landline is not working, i have not used or plugged a phone into my phone socket for 2yr, long story short... I have such a bad mobile signal in my house that i have had to revert back to old school to make calls while in the house. Plugged in my new phone and nothing, no dial tone or anything.

Hi Martin, i wonder if you could help me with my landline phone. It still isn't working. They have fixed my phone line in to the back of my hub and told me it would be working within 48hrs that was back in November, it never worked.

I am sorry you're still experiencing issues with your service.
I have checked our system and can see there is an outage impacting your area.
You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you.
The estimated time of fix is 27 FEB 2023 09:00.
In regards to your landline, do you have no dial tone?

Hi, there was actually a problem at the time the engineer was fitting my phone into the back of my hub. The engineer told me it was on there end but it should only take upto 48hrs. My phone is new and i have plugged it into my friends virgin phone socket to check and there was a dial tone so it's definitely not my phone.
