I am unable to connect my landline phone to the hub as they are on opposite sides of the room, how can this be resolved please?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue connecting your landline to the Hub.
Did you get the adapter that plugs into the Hub, that then you plug your telephone into?
Are you able move the handset to the actual Hub?

Hello yes, I received the adapter - it's not really practical for me to move my telephone to the actual hub - is this the only option?
