Landline

We went to use or landline phone and its completely dead no dial tone etc , tried calling it doesn't ring either,  tried different phones that we know work and still the same can someone help please thanks

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

Sorry to hear of the issue you've having here - have you been able to check the service status page in the top right to see if there are any local issues in your area? When was the last time you used the landline? With that also, is this plugged into your hub or through the socket on the wall?
