My landline will not allow me to phone out; all attempts to make an outgoing call is routed straight to Virgin Media - I cannot make a call at all! I have discussed with VM and this is part of the change over and have been give an engineer date of 27 July!!!! Please take the block off until I'm changed over, not being able to make a call for such a long time is unacceptable and secondly I want a refund for as long as it takes. By the way I can still receive calls!!!
