My mother who has Altzemers who is very vulnerable has had her landline cut off.This is her only means of communication with her family.My mother was very anxious and frightened that she can not get in touch with anyone.I have tried calling virgin media 4 times since cut off on 17/05/2022 and each time have been assured she will be reconnected in 24 hours or 48 hours and still no reconnection.
What can be done about this ?
I have tried calling again today and awaiting a call back
