We can understand the inconvenience caused and we want to best help. I have had a look at our systems and I can see there is currently a planned change outage that may be affecting your service. Our engineers have been made aware of this and are currently working to resolve this. The current estimated fix time for this is 07 APR 2022 at 16:00.

Thank you for getting back to us. 

I have checked the outage and I am sorry to say the issue has not yet been resolved. 

The field team have updated the ticket with a new estimated fix time of 12:40AM 8th April. 

I am very sorry about this.
