once again my landline isn’t working. This went off on Friday/Saturday and they said there was a fault on the line and should be mended by 4pm. It’s still not working. There’s nothing wrong with my phones and it’s just the same as last time 🙄 I’ve rang twice on my mobile but just keeps saying ring back in ten minutes for results of test but doesn’t tell you anything....
Gareth this is about 3rd time this year. It was working Friday night but not Saturday morning. 2 or 3 engineers came to my home the last times and it was always a fault in the main box on the street. I suggest they try this first. The message I received on Saturday was there was a fault and engineer is working on it. It sounds like the line is otoo en as previously and no dialling tone.
