How do I move my dated technology line line running on coper wire to work via the home hub I know there are many people running this way but sadly as usual no information or anyone to speak with to make this happen

The engineers would usually change this if called to a fault at the property for free but if you'd like it updated then it would be a one off call-out charge.

Not sure I understand why a charge all that needs to be done is unplug from line box plug in to hub with the adapter what will an engineer actually do for the cost

Its a standard non fault call out charge that would apply to all customers that require a visit non fault related.
