Landline

Phone line's dead and engaged tone when try phoning it.  Checked on site for help, which was useless. Tried phoning and waited 25mins for someone to answer. Why is there no support, there's no excuse for not having live on line help. 

We need the landline as we have support services that contact us via this.

Hey NiggleGiggle1 and welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your landline and had issues getting through to us, it is taking longer than normal to get through to us on the customer services line.

 

Having looked into your account and on the network, I can see no issues from our side, this would need an engineer visit to you, to get this resolved.

 

I have arranged for the appointment and you can find all the information that you need about your appointment on your online account and clicking My Account and Order tracking.
