Landline

I have just got broadband, phone and TV. I’ve bought new BT phones which I was told are compatible with Virgin boxes. My landline is up and running but I still have no ring tone on my phone, I cannot get a ringtone when I dial my number even though, I can hear the phone ringing when I try calling my landline number from a mobile or another landline phone. Why is this?

Where you are connecting the phones? All new Virgin Media home phone services are provided via the Virgin Fibre Hub.

Any other Virgin Media home phone sockets you have in your home may not be active - unless an engineer has specifically connected them during an attended installation
