I have had no dialling tone on my landline for 4 days.
Current status shows no problem with landline.
I have unplugged, replugged all connections without success. I have tried plugging in a different phone again with no success.
I have tried the online query path but it is automated and keeps repeating without dealing with the query.
Obviously I cannot ring 150 from my landline as directed by Virgin.
Is there any way of booking an engineer online?
